K&D Recruitment is looking for a Customer Care Administrator for our client based in Reading on a 12-week short-term basis.
Reporting to a Team Lead, you will answer customer calls, respond to allocated tickets, and signpost customers to the appropriate departments. You should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, possess strong listening skills, and be able to provide support calmly and professionally.
This role is fully remote, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:30. Full onboarding will be provided upon successfully securing the position. The pay rate is 13.80 - 14.00 per hour.
