Regional HR Business Partner  - £50k to £70k - 12 month contract - South England - Hybrid

Are you an experienced HR generalist who can add value at both a strategic and operational level?  We seek an experienced HR Business Partner to join a significant multinational business on a long-term contract.You will partner with their Southern UK sites, so it would be convenient if you live near Reading, or somewhere between London and Bristol.

About the Role:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping their workforce strategy and ensuring seamless HR operations across the multiple sites in the South of England and around London. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working from home two days a week, with three days dedicated to visiting their sites and collaborating with our teams on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with a senior director on strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilise relevant data and reports to provide actionable insights and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships across various sites, ensuring cohesive and effective HR support.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Advise regional managers on HR matters such as absence management and team development, helping them optimise their teams' performance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Proven experience in HR, ideally within retail or other multi-site businesses.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to partner with senior leadership on high-level strategic issues.
  • Data Savvy: Comfortable using HR data and reports to drive decisions.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across different sites.
  • Proactive Advisor: Hands-on approach to addressing day-to-day HR challenges and supporting regional managers.
