If so, our Reading based client has an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Business Partner to join a high-performing team supporting a leading UK company.  This role offers the chance to shape recruitment strategies, drive talent attraction, and work closely with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring experiences.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Strategic Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment life-cycle across temporary, contract, and permanent roles, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to deliver tailored resourcing solutions.
  • Talent Attraction – Develop and execute innovative attraction campaigns to engage both active and passive candidates, reducing reliance on external agencies.
  • Candidate Experience – Lead the interview and selection process, ensuring smooth communication, feedback, and on boarding.
  • Employer Brand & ED&I – Promote a diverse and inclusive hiring approach, supporting key initiatives such as assessment centres, careers fairs, and strategic hiring projects.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Utilise dashboards and reporting tools to track recruitment performance, provide insights, and forecast hiring trends.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (temporary, contract, and permanent roles) with and engineering or technical environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A proactive, consultative approach to talent attraction and workforce planning.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment projects and events.
  • Knowledge of employment law, right-to-work checks, and best hiring practices.
