Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Ward: Intermediate Care Therapy
Pay Rates: £21.80 Per hour
Shift Patterns: 37.5 Mon - Fri 8.00 4.00pm

What you can add:
- Assess and provide high standards of initial assessment input to patients in the community.
- Liaise with MDT members in treatment and management care plans and working closely
- Support OT /PT with the recommendations for patient centred approach to achieve their rehab goals
- Create, evaluate all care plans implemented and should have a sound knowledge in discharge planning and ability to make further referrals in to the community as required.
What you’ll need:
- Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy / Occupational therapy.
- HCPC Registration
- 2-3 years UK NHS Experience
- should be able to drive and own a car for work purposes with business insurance
