Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the month end billing process, raising sales invoices and recording entries on the accounting system.
- Processing of purchase ledger entries as required.
- Assist in any banking or ad hoc accounts tasks as required.
- Supporting the Finance Team with other administrative duties as required.
- Attend any training or development course as may be required by the company to assist in the performance of your duties and responsibilities.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- 1 years' experience within a finance role
- Exceptional English language skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload within a busy team
