As the Office Manager, you'll help create a positive and productive work environment for our client. Your skills in organisation design and talent management will help build a competitive, motivated workforce. By reviewing performance evaluations, you'll offer insights that support employees' growth and career development.

In this role, you'll do more than just handle day-to-day HR tasks—you’ll be a key player in shaping the company’s future. Your work will help establish a workplace culture that not only follows best practices but also sets new standards.

Your Challenges
  • Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcome and ready to contribute from day one.
  • Manage administrative tasks like leave tracking and record-keeping, turning them into smooth and efficient processes.
  • Oversee employee compensation and benefits, making sure payroll runs smoothly and that employees are well-supported through comprehensive benefit programs.
  • Foster good employee relations, helping resolve issues and creating a positive, balanced work environment.
  • Plan and organise employee engagement activities that boost team spirit, such as team-building and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure the company complies with labour laws, making sure it’s more than just ticking boxes.
  • Handle the offboarding process, ensuring a respectful and smooth exit for employees, while maintaining stability for the company.
  • Help develop HR policies, aligning them with industry standards to strengthen the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Handle office management, event scheduling, international travel and scheduling of meetings for stakeholders.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in HR or admin roles.
  • A university degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
