Office Manager - Property - Reading £33,000 + bonus A fantastic opportunity for a driven, proactive candidate with strong commercial awareness to join a global Real Estate company, managing one of their commercial office spaces in Reading.You will have proven experience in a similar role ideally within the Property industry, with the ability to manage day to day operations.The Role:
  • Generates profitable new business through proactive prospecting
  • Drive service revenue through up-selling services.
  • Conduct viewings, converting prospects into customers.
  • Upselling full product range to new and existing customers.
  • Accountability for Centre profitability, Centre performance and the Centre’s success through P&L management
  • Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin.
  • Maximizes occupancy, rate, rent roll and profitability of the centre by proactively managing customers expansion requirements.
  • Regularly participate in the monthly centre business review process, account for profit and loss and drive agreed actions to enhance centre performance
  • Ensure centre debt is regularly reviewed and all invoices are resolved in line with budget
  • Overall responsibility for the centre: invoicing, maintenance, IT, and cleaning standards
  • Liaising directly with local and national contractors to ensure all building works are carried out to schedule.
  • Focus on meeting customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
  • Ensure the centre team is delivering exceptional customer service and that the customer needs are handled effectively and efficiently
Essential requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role ideally within property
  • B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to manage a small team
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Driving licence desirable
