Order Administrator, Reading:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Maintain and update order records within the company's database systems.
- Resolve order-related queries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure accurate and prompt delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to prevent delays.
- Assist in developing and improving order management procedures.
- Provide administrative support to other departments when required.
Profile
