Are you an experienced Office Coordinator or Facilities Manager looking for a temporary opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading organisation in Reading, is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support senior stakeholders, including one based in the US.
Key Responsibilities:Office Coordination - Managing office supplies, coordinating catering for meetings, and ensuring meeting rooms are set upAdministration & Compliance - Handling documentation, managing email inboxes, and liaising with a Health & Safety consultancy to ensure complianceMeeting & Greeting - Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and ensuring smooth office operationsProblem-Solving & Multi-Tasking - Thinking on your feet and managing multiple priorities effectively
Who We’re Looking For:? A plate spinner! You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks effortlessly? Proactive & Self-Sufficient - You take initiative and ensure everything runs smoothly without constant direction? Experience in Office/Facilities Management - A background in managing office operations or facilities would be highly advantageous? Knowledge of Policies & Health & Safety - Experience liaising with Health & Safety teams or consultancies would be beneficial
