Shell & Core Project / Package Manager

A market-leading main contractor are seeking a Package Manager (Project Manager) to deliver the shell & coreon a major commercial/education project in Reading. This is a key project for the business with an important client; client satisfaction, a strong end product and seamless service is at vital for the contractor.

The contractor are a household name within the industry and would add significant value to any CV. They have a fantastic culture and deliver the most notable projects within the industry. In terms of long-term prospects they have a healthy pipeline of work within the Reading and the M4 Corridor.

Requirements:

• Youmust have experiencedelivering the shell & coreof major commercial/education/retail developments
• Groundworks, piling, RC frame specialist
• Work history at Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors
• PCSA / Pre-con experience
• Good programming and design experience
• Strong personality and leadership qualities
• Up to date CSCS and other tickets
