Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to set menus and dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in line with food safety standards
- Work effectively under pressure in a variety of kitchen settings
- Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Adapt to different kitchen environments and requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef (e.g., Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef)
- A valid DBS check(Disclosure and Barring Service)
- A valid driving license(to travel to different locations)
- Flexibility to work at different venues
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and passion for cooking
