Day-to-day of the role:
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of examinations and assessments within the institution.
  • Liaise with teachers, students, and external examination bodies to ensure smooth operation of exam processes.
  • Schedule exams, prepare timetables, and ensure all necessary materials and resources are available.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of examination entries, results, and statistics.
  • Handle queries from students and staff regarding examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with examination regulations and maintain the integrity of the examination process.
  • Provide support and training to other staff involved in the examination processes.
