Description

EMEA Payroll Senior

  • Manage, prepare and process multiple EMEA payrolls across the region
  • Be the first point of contact for external vendors and dealing with external queries
  • Payroll journals, assisting with internal and external audit
  • Assist with payroll variation input for multiple countries - overtime, bonuses, deductions etc.
  • Oversee the preparation of payroll-related reports
  • Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies
  • Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency

Profile

A successful EMEA Payroll Senior should have:

  • Exposure to multiple countries across the EMEA Region - Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland etc.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations - in country
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
  • Proficiency in payroll software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
