Title: Payroll AdministratorSalary: £34,000 p/aLocation: ReadingContract: Permanent  JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its team.  Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining time recording system
  • Resolving wage queries and adjustments
  • Process weekly timesheets, invoices, and expenses CIS
  • Process Weekly PAYE runs
  • Process Weekly PAYE Expense claims
  • New starter processing on multiple platforms
  • Manage the payroll and new starter inboxes
  • Weekly Holiday and statutory payment calculations
  • Weekly employee Holiday management
  • Support ad hoc reports
  • General payroll administration duties
 Skills & experience required:
  • 2 years+ payroll experience.
  • Previous experience of timesheet led payroll (desirable)
  • CIS payroll experience (desirable)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organised and able to prioritise well
  • Effective time management
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • IT literate
