- Process Weekly PAYE Expense claims
- New starter processing on multiple platforms
- Manage the payroll and new starter inboxes
- Weekly Holiday and statutory payment calculations
- Weekly employee Holiday management
- Support ad hoc reports
- General payroll administration duties
- 2 years+ payroll experience.
- Previous experience of timesheet led payroll (desirable)
- CIS payroll experience (desirable)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a small team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to prioritise well
- Effective time management
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- IT literate
