Payroll Elite are working with a well-established business based in Reading who is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator.

Day to day duties:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of payrolls to agreed deadlines.
  • Inputting data for any of the payrolls when necessary
  • Monitoring SSP, SMP and other statutory payments and calculations
  • Process P45 form.
  • Assist Supervisor's with BACS payments
  • You will be on hand to answering any payroll related enquiries
  • Undertake general administrative duties and work collaboratively within the payroll Team.
  • Run payroll reports.

What are we looking for:

  • A minimum of one year service within a busy service driven environment
  • Yopu must have high volume payroll experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A natural ability to coordinate, prioritise and multitask with little supervision
  • Be able to adapt to a highly changeable environment
  • Excellent verbal and?written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines
  • Knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation
  • Must have the ability to manually calculate a payroll
