Description
- Processing payroll for employees in an accurate and timely manner
- Managing payroll related queries and resolving any discrepancies
- Ensuring adherence to current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws
- Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintaining employee confidence by keeping information confidential
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Preparing and submitting reports with payroll information to the director
Profile
A successful 'Payroll Advisor' should have:
- Proficiency in relevant payroll software
- Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and procedures
- Excellent mathematical and numerical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information
