Large domestic presence here in the UK
UK business: c.500 employees across multiple sites - weekly as well as monthly processing
Numerous sites to be worked from (localised travel potentially involved)

Description

Payroll Consultant - Interim

Overseeing payroll process - start to finish (payment accuracy, relevant tax/NI applied)
Implement new process and procedure - ongoing support for the team and provide training when identifying any gaps in knowledge
Analysis, testing and identifying challenges/bottlenecks
Compliance checking
Supporting continual improvement

Happy with localised travel within Berkshire (ad hoc)
Proven end to end payroll knowledge
System implementation exposure - configuration, testing, parallel running etc
Strong communication skills
