Evolve is delighted to partner with a brand-new client, an independent pharmacy in Reading, seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This pharmacy dispenses approximately 6,000 items per month and offers a range of services, including weight loss programs, travel clinics, and hair loss treatments.
Role Highlights:
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience).

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: GPhC-registered Pharmacist.
Skills: Outstanding patient care abilities with a focus on empathy and clear communication.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
Proficiency: Expertise in medication administration techniques and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately, adhering to all legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct patient consultations to explain medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain precise records for medication administration and therapy management.
- Educate patients and families on proper medication use and health strategies.
- Stay informed on advancements in pharmaceutical care and new treatments.
- Deliver NHS and private services, including travel vaccinations, contraception supply, and the Pharmacy First service.
