Proclinical is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead MA communications projects. Your role will focus on managing evidence-based projects aligned with global strategies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality publications and materials while adhering to regulatory standards

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a variety of MA projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, patient support programs, advisory boards, and marketing materials.
  • Lead and collaborate on departmental and cross-functional projects, ensuring strategic planning and execution.
  • Engage with diverse teams and external contractors, liaising with key stakeholders for project success.
  • Ensure clear communication and information exchange to facilitate collaboration.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical pharmaceutical practices and high standards.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource use.
  • Identify and mitigate risks specific to pharmaceutical projects.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines, including congress deadlines and regulatory approvals.
  • Regularly meet with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Approve invoices related to project budgets.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in MA project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of ABPI Code and regulatory compliance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus.
