Multi trades Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader (Plumbing Bias) with extensive plumbing experience to join our team on a long term contract basis, for reactive works across multiple social housing, Local authority, void and unoccupied properties. You will be the go to emergency call out plumber on reactive works to cover ideally live between Oxford and Reading, as you will be required to cover areas from Bristol up to Surrey.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including painting and decorating, replacing door handles and fixings, Plastering and carpentry.
• Drive to job sites as required on emergency sites, maintaining a valid driving license.
• Van, Fuel card and Insurance included.

Requirements:

Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience in occupied and unoccupied domestic properties, including refuge and
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4 years minimum of Social housing / local authority experience
Full UK driving licence

PDA device experience or imputting simular job information onto simular software/devices.

Must have own set of tools.

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing

If you're an experienced Plumbing multi-trader with a background in plumbing looking for a permanent opportunity with a forward thinking company.

Permanent position.

Pay: 40,000 per annum

Over time paid at 1.5x your salary

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Hours - 8am -4pm
• Covering all Reactive emergency call outs for the company - from Bristol up to Surrey.

Experience:

• Social housing / local authority: 4 years (preferred)
• Plumbing: 5 years (required)
• Multi-trade: 4 years (preferred)
