Compliance Manager | Insurer | Reading | £80 - 90,000 (doe)
Finitas are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a growing insurer in their search for a newly created Compliance Manager to join their team. You will be reporting into the Legal & Compliance Director.
The business has gone through positive change in strategy and are growing their products, so there will be plenty of exposure for the Compliance Manager!
You will be working a generalist compliance role - monitoring, advising on various regulatory matters, embedding new regulation / projects, creating policies and procedures, risk assessments, reporting to senior management, financial crime and more.
Experience required:
- Minimum 7 years compliance experience.
- Minimum 7 years' experience insurance experience - this is essential and working in life insurance would be preferable.
- Strong working knowledge of the FCA guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior stakeholders and external parties.
Please note that you will be required to work in their Reading office 2 days per week.
