Your Role
As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will support the delivery of a wide range of mechanical and electrical quantity surveying services under the guidance of a Team Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing cost advice on M&E services for building projects.
- Evaluating costs and offering alternative proposals to ensure value for money.
- Advising on contract arrangements and conditions.
- Handling all aspects of pre- and post-contract work.
- Preparing measured term accounts for contractor-based clients.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A BSc in Quantity Surveying (or a similar degree or vocational qualification).
- Min. 3 years’ experience in M&E quantity surveying
- A valid and clean UK driving licence.
