About the Role:
Quantum Scholars is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2 Classroom Primary Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Reading. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Year 2 students in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess, track, and report on the progress of students, ensuring all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and success.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1.
- Proven track record of successful teaching within a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and best practices in primary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
