KS2 Class Teacher - Primary School in Reading (Part of a Leading Trust)
We are delighted to be working on behalf of a vibrant and thriving 2-form entry primary school in Reading to recruit a passionate and dedicated KS2 Class Teacher. This school, part of a large and successful educational trust, is committed to providing an exceptional learning experience for its 365 pupils, aged 4 to 11.

The Role:
As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, while maintaining high standards of behaviour and creating a stimulating classroom environment. You will work closely with your colleagues to provide a well-rounded education that supports the development of each child across all areas of the curriculum. You will be expected to contribute to the continued success of the school by demonstrating a commitment to raising standards and promoting excellence in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the school's curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect and confidence.
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities.
- Participate in regular professional development to continuously improve practice.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching KS2.
