  • Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Teaching Support Apprenticeship Standards, to Level 5.  
  • Mentor and support a team of Assessors, to include: supporting unqualified Assessors through their qualifications; induction training; CPD.
  • Develop, plan and execute Quality Improvement Plans, driving and promoting continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Lead regular standardisation meetings, as well as observations of teaching and learning.
  • Ensure the timely achievement of learners.
  • Update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
Essential Criteria:
  • Hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
  • Hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Must be an experienced IQA of Teaching Assistant or Early Years Apprenticeships.
  • Occupational competency within Leadership and Management in Early Years and / or Education.
  • A sound working knowledge of ESFA funding roles and the OFSTED EIF. 
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
