This is a fantastic opportunity to join the busy and lively Admissions and Enquiries Team, working with employers to facilitate their apprentices joining our programmes. As an Apprenticeships Officer, you will work with apprentice employers, manage the apprentice onboarding process and be involved in various other projects. You will have the opportunity to work with teams across UCEM and be involved in the continuous development of apprentice provision at UCEM.


Your accountabilities and responsibilities include:

  • Be the first point of contact for apprenticeship enquiries and referrals.
  • Process apprenticeship student enrolment and registration documentation and resolve any queries which may arise.
  • Evaluate employer applications for eligibility to deliver the required knowledge, skills and behaviours.

Our main requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English Language Grade C or 4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Administration experience in an office-based environment.
  • Customer service experience (face-to-face, via email and on the telephone).
