An established yet rapidly scaling business is seeking a highly experienced Acquisitions Director to join their team based in Reading. Offering a competitive salary range of £75,000 to £130,000, depending on experience, this is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Acquisitions Manager or Director to take the next step in their career.
As the Acquisitions Director, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, leasing, and purchasing properties to support the company's growth. This individual will bring a wealth of experience in real estate acquisitions and will be comfortable working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. They will also be responsible for overseeing a small team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire properties that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Negotiate and manage leasing agreements, ensuring maximum value.
- Oversee the purchasing of real estate, from initial identification through to completion.
- Manage and mentor a small acquisitions team, ensuring high performance and development.
