Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and managemechanical, plumbing, ducting, and HVACinstallations on-site.
- Supervise mechanical teams, ensuring high-quality work and project efficiency.
- Ensure projects are deliveredon time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Work closely with Project/Contracts Managers.
- Maintainstrict health & safety complianceon-site.
- Plan site logistics, order materials, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct inspections, quality control, and problem-solving as needed.
About You:
- Extensive experienceas aMechanical Foreman or experienced Mechanical Engineer.
- Strong knowledge ofmechanical systems, including plumbing, ducting, and HVAC.
- Proven track record of deliveringmulti-million-pound projects.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage mechanical trades effectively.
- Must be based in the Oxford, Reading, High Wycombe, Aylesbury area.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevantmechanical trade qualifications.
