Streamline Services is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager for a freelance position with a family-run mechanical contractor.
This role is for an 18-week project with potential for future work following its completion.
Candidates should have experience in commercial and university fit-outs, specifically in leading subcontractors for ductwork and pipework.
Key responsibilities include supervising installations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and managing a skilled trades team.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

Streamline Services are partnered with a family ran mechanical contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager on a freelance basis. This is an 18-week scheme with the potential for further projects down the line once this site is completed.

On this site there will be a Mechanical Project Manager who you will be reporting into as you will be involved in purely the delivery of the scheme as the procurement, finances and programme has been completed by the site lead.

The ideal candidate will have good experience within commercial & university fit - outs with a solid background of leading sub - contractors of ductwork and pipework packages on fast paced projects.

Key responsibilities include

Supervising and coordinating the installation of exposed pipework
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Managing a team of skilled tradespeople
SSSTS card
Toolbox Talks
Liaising with project managers and other stakeholders
Conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality control
