Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver capital projects across the Council.
  • Coordinate community consultation and engagement activities.
  • Prepare and manage a programme of capital works.
  • Provide budget monitoring and project management support.
  • Engage with the Asset Management Team in reviewing and developing the annual Schools Assets Management Plan.

Qualifications:

  • General education to A Level Standard.
  • NVQ Level 2.
  • Project Management Qualification (e.g., Prince 2 Foundation Stage).
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office Professional.

Experience:

  • Significant experience in a project management environment.
  • Experience working as part of a management and project team.
  • Experience managing building and related projects.
