Facilitate Search have partnered with a leading Facilities Management services provider to recruit a Project Manager working on a critical facility in Reading.

£50,000
Package: 25 days annual leave + Public Holidays + Life assurance + Enhanced Pension + Private Healthcare.
Overview:
- You will be the on-site Project Manager working directly for one of the UKs largest FM service providers.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of lifecycle, small works & FM construction projects between £10,000 - £2.5m.
- All projects will be delivered on a 24 hour live environment and as part of your role you will manage all aspects of H&S, sub-contractor management and ensuring the client is updated reporting back to internal teams.
Requirements:
- Experienced Project Supervisor/ Manager having experience of delivering FM projects in a previous position.
- Based local to Reading and able to commute to and from site daily.
- Although it is NOT essential, it would be great if applicants have experience delivering projects within a live environment.
