Contract Length:18 Months
Location: Hybrid/Reading area (Aldermaston/Blacknest/Burghfield) - 2-3 days per week on site, occasional remote working - however at time of deliveries and on site works the PM should be on site

Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate

Spinwell is recruiting for a Project Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT MANAGER
- Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost and quality.
- Lead, coach and develop a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives safely and securely to meet our operational plans.
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PROJECT MANAGER
- Direct Project Manager experience 5+ years
- Construction project experience
- Contracts experience
