PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Theale, West Berkshire

Salary: Negotiable

We are working with our client to fill this exciting role as a Project Manager covering a broad range of projects from conception to completion. This exciting role covers a broad range of projects including IT and new customer implementations. You will work autonomously to support all project activities so experience in project management is a must.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Taking ownership for all assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project management documents, including but not limited to: project charters, plans, action/decision logs, risk registers etc.
• Preparing update reports for regular briefings.
• Managing complex multidiscipline projects that cross business lines e.g. IT, Business Development, Operations and Compliance.
• Build and maintain a positive working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and at various levels.
• Organise and facilitate workshops.
• Adopt continuous improvement methodologies.

The successful Project Manager will have the following related skills / experience:

• Project management experience - tracking of plans, flash reports, MS Projects, RAID etc.
• IT Literacy - good knowledge and abilities of MS Office and MS Project.
• Highly organised with excellent time management.
• Experience in the healthcare industry desired but not essential.
