We are looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in RC Frames to lead construction projects in Reading.
The role involves project planning, budget management, and resource coordination for RC frame construction.
Candidates must have substantial experience in ground works and RC frames, along with relevant certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, and SSSTS.
This position offers a daily rate of (Apply online only) per day, with potential for long-term work on new projects.
The role requires willingness to travel to various sites after project completion and entails working 9.5 hours per day.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager for RC (Reinforced Concrete) Frames to oversee the successful execution of construction projects involving RC frame structures

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for RC frame construction projects.

Budget and Resource Management

Monitor project costs and implement strategies to control expenses.
Oversee procurement of materials, labor, and equipment for the RC frame construction.

Location - Reading

Must have Good experience in Ground works and RC Frames

Long term work - New Project

Should have a CSCS , SMSTS, SSSTS etc

Should be willing to travel to different sites once project is completed.

9.5 hours per day
