Role Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled Project Managers to oversee the successful delivery of a major new build residential development in Reading. This ambitious project will involve a significant number of new homes and amenities, requiring excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the project from inception through to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and handover.
Oversee site teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely and to specification.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, project documentation, and relevant legislation.
Drive project performance by anticipating and mitigating potential risks and challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing large-scale residential projects, ideally with a Tier 1 or similar main contractor.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering) and professional certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS)
