The Role

We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a hands-on approach to assist and lead our team of motivated, competent, and experienced managers. You will have experience in leading and developing teams, understanding the importance of driving excellence in patient/ customer journeys as well a proven background in business development, revenue growth and ideally previous experience of working within a regulated healthcare environment.

We are looking for a senior manager that excels at people management to ensure that both support and motivation is always on hand for the team.

This role will be instrumental in the business development and growth of current sites as well as being able to ensure that systems and processes are in place to support additional expansion plans.

You will need exceptional organisational skills with an ability to demonstrate a proven track record of achievements in both people management and driving business growth. You will also have strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a variety of team members. You will be a true people person and thrive on interacting with and getting the best out of those around you. Dealing with complex situations proactive with diplomacy will be second nature to you.
