Area to be covered: South (ideally South East, Kent, Sussex, Surrey)
Remuneration: £36,000 + £5,000 bonus
Benefits: electric, hybrid or diesel company car & full benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager Building Materials will involve:
Field sales position selling a range of roofing & building materials products such as: roof tiles, insulation, solar panels & facades
50% of your time will be spent selling to national & independent merchants such as SIG, Skyline etc
The remaining 50% will be spent selling to architects, developers and roofing contractor
All of you time will be spent account managing
Turnover target is to be determined however long term would want you adding £1m
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Building Materials with:
Ideally a roofing tradesman / roofer looking to come off the tools
Would consider an internal sales or trade counter background from a merchant or distribution
Entry level so would suit someone at the beginning of their career
Driven, hungry and can both work autonomously and as part of a team
