Are you passionate about pursuing a career in Psychology or Mental Health? This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a school setting, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism and Complex Needs.

Academics LTD is working with a specialist school in Reading that provides exceptional, individualized care for children aged 5 to 18. The school is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual with an interest in Psychology to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with external practitioners and psychologists
  • Supporting students in developing emotional regulation and social skills
  • Working with children with a range of needs, including Autism, behavioural challenges, sensory issues, and communication difficulties
  • Demonstrating a genuine interest in working with children or in SEN

Ideal Candidate:
