- Assisting the Procurement Operations Manager and Head of Procurement in managing service contracts and supplier relationships.
- Leading contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with performance standards.
- Overseeing Purchase Orders, contracts, and performance across Private and NHS sites.
- Supporting internal teams with procurement-related decision-making and bids.
- Monitoring contract spend, supplier performance, and SLAs, with a focus on profitability and sustainability.
- The ideal candidate will have strong contract management experience, the ability to manage a £5m budget, and a collaborative, problem-solving approach.

- CIPS Level 4 qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' procurement experience in an integrated supply chain, including service and material management
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for detailed analysis
- Experience in Cost Management, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Performance Improvement
- Experience in managing, negotiating, and monitoring contracts
- Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
- Strong understanding of whole life cost management
