- Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure efficient and safe operations for receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching products.
- Emphasise Safety, Delivery, Quality, Cost, and Lean (SDQCL) principles in all processes.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Cross-train team members to enhance flexibility and minimise operational disruptions from absences.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the system for receiving, storing, and issuing inventory to production, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure materials are correctly identified and fully traceable, utilising MRP systems and processes.
- Provide prompt kitting services for production and subcontracting tasks.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise staff, maintaining necessary records.
- Perform additional tasks or projects as directed by the Materials Manager.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MRP systems, inventory management, and traceability.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office.
- At least 3 years of experience supervising or managing warehouse or stores teams.
Physical Requirements:
- Manual handling of products as part of daily tasks.
Working Conditions:
- Open-plan warehouse adjacent to production areas with variable temperatures; PPE will be provided as necessary.
