Hard Services Supervisor (FM) - Reading, England - Facilities Management - £45,000

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest Facilities management companies in the UK, based at their prestigious site in Reading, England.

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • 40 hours a week
  • Reading, England
  • 25-day holidays + BH, Company Pension, Private Health Care
  • Ability to Obtain Security Clearance

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all PPM and Reactive tasks are conducted across the site within SLA.
  • efficient and effective planning to complete reactive and PPM works, Delivery of extra works and task orders, to ensure all work is delivered.
  • Full compliance in internal and external auditing, support site teams during the audit process for all service disciplines - minimise CARs raised.
  • Ensure site team schedules are up to date and meet the contract specification.
  • Perform the role of Incident Control Officer (ICO) in the event of an emergency and maintain business continuity plans for the site.
  • manage and promote Health Safety and Environment including Risk Management regularly monitor the safety performance of all service aspects and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide monthly MI reports from the Agility system, ensuring completion of all auditing requirement,
  • Facilitate sharing of RAMS where occupiers work in areas under DWP supplier control,
  • produce a weekly report on progress of occupiers moving into the building and any issue

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience of delivering services to SFG20 standards.
  • Have a high level of technical experience and knowledge to ensure the site is always fully compliant
  • Experience of management and delivery of small works is essential
  • HND/HNC Technical qualification is required
  • Ability to Obtain Security Clearance
