M&E Quantity Surveyor

Location:  Reading, United Kingdom

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a well-regarded multidisciplinary construction consultancy with multiple offices across the UK. We are looking to speak with a talented M&E Quantity Surveyor who is looking to play an essential role on a number of large scale commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cost advice for services related to building projects.
  • Manage all aspects of pre-contract and post-contract work.
  • Evaluate costs and recommend alternative proposals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Valid UK driving licence with a clean record.
