The Role: M&E Quantity SurveyorAs an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse range of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services. Working on projects ranging from large industrial and commercial developments worth over £30m to smaller schemes across both public and private sectors, including healthcare, government, military, and insurance, no two days will be the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on M&E costs involved in building projects.
- Evaluating costs and providing recommendations for alternative proposals.
- Advising on contract arrangements and conditions.
- Undertaking all aspects of pre- and post-contract work.
- Preparing measured term accounts for contractor-based clients.

About YouThe ideal M&E Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar degree/vocational qualification (or equivalent).
- A strong understanding of M&E costs, contracts, and proposals.
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy.
- Pre and Post Contract experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- A clean UK driving licence.
