Project Quantity Surveyor Outside IR35 contract - £425-£475 per day
We currently have a requirement for a contract quantity surveyor, this is a 12 month contract (potential for a lot more), working at the AWE, Reading.
If you are currently working as a quantity surveyor under NEC form of contract and are looking for a new project, please read on.
Reporting directly into the Senior Commercial Manager, this position may suit someone currently working at intermediate/project level, you will need to get onto site so you must be based within a commutable distance from the AWE (or willing to work away).
Role Requirements:
Currently working as a Quantity surveyor with experience under NEC form of contract.
This position is an outside IR35 contract and offers a minimum of 12 months work, you will ideally need to be available within 2-4 weeks.
Due to the nature of the project you will need to be able to obtain or already have SC clearance.
Happy to base yourself on site a minimum of 3 days per week.
