Walker & Sloan is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable Regional Tier 2 Contractor operating in the Reading area. This is a great opportunity for you to work on diverse construction projects and play a key role in managing their financial success.

In this role, you will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration. You will work closely with the project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will also include preparing financial reports, assessing variations, and managing final accounts.

You should have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a regional contractor, and possess strong financial acumen and negotiation skills. A solid understanding of construction contracts and cost management processes is essential.
