Sonic Summary

Apex Resources is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position in Reading, RG2.
Candidates should have experience in mechanical, plumbing, or pipework surveying and possess a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction.
Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, along with proficiency in Excel and financial tools, is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary is negotiable based on experience, and an immediate start is available for the right candidate.
