As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key member of the team managing the financial aspects of traditional new build houses and low-rise apartment projects. Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Manage cost estimation, budget forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee variations, ensuring value for money and monitoring project expenditure.
  • Work closely with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to manage financial and contractual obligations.
  • Lead procurement strategies and negotiate contracts for various phases of the projects.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and effectively handle claims or disputes.
  • Oversee payments, final accounts, and risk assessments to maintain financial control.

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within residential development.
