Shift Patterns: 37.5 Monday-Thursday 08.00-18.00 Friday 08.00-17.30

The Role:

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust at Royal Berkshire Hospital is seeking a passionate Band 6 Radiographer to bring their expertise to its well established and supportive multi-disciplinary team. What you can add:

  • Manage a workload of patients undergoing radiotherapy ensuring the safe and

competent use of radiation and the highest standard of patient care, ensuring all

efficiency targets are met. To ensure the RTSM is made aware of any patients who

breach activity targets.

  • Provide advice regarding management of a range of complex radiotherapy related
  • Report incidents and faults to appropriate staff immediately. To ensure all machine

faults are logged appropriately.

  • Deputise for the Band 7 staff as required.
  • Work in all areas of the department to maintain all round clinical knowledge and
