Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly office in Reading! They have an enviable market share so this position would suit somebody who is driven and looking to progress within a reputable company.

• At least 6 months’ experience within estate agency• Target driven• Highly motivated and ambitious• Confident and professional manner• Well-presented• Able to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment• Able to work independently and in a team• Able to build long lasting relationships• Full UK driving licence.
The package will include a basic salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance, plus on target earnings set to be in the region of £30,000 to £40,000.
You will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.
