A Sales & Lettings Negotiator is needed for a client located near Woodley, Reading (RG5).
The position offers a salary of £25,500 with an additional 1% commission on monthly house sales, leading to an OTE of £28,000 to £30,000.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or lettings negotiation.
The role involves handling phone inquiries, conducting viewings, and making outbound calls to potential clients.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and every other Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Sales & Lettings Negotiator required for my client based near Woodley, Reading (RG5)

Salary £25,500 with 1% commission each month based on the previous months exchanges of house sales . OTE £28-£30,000. plus company car.

You will joining an established agency where you will work alongside the founders as the Sales & Lettings Negotiator.

This will involve:

Primary role - answer phone, deal with or delegate to correct person.

Completing all viewings for lettings and sales.

Outbound calls - prospects from database to ascertain if prospect is still looking?

Upselling mortgages as required (extra commission available)

Gaining feedback from viewings

Hours are:

Monday - Thursday 9-6

Friday 9-5

Every other Sat 9-4
